I got back from the Apple store with a brand new iPod!! Well let me give you some backround first. I dropped it, lmao, and it like stopped working and got scratced so I brought it to their Genius Bar with my extra coverage, I payed 60 bucks for, and they just gave me a new one. Like one question and like ok we'll give you a new 299 dollar product. I am buying a powerbook now, Apples are cleaner and faster then windows, so I am chaning over to Apple =0)

Ok, everyone knows that Coyote Ugly is a hot movie, maybe one of the best "music" movies next to Flash Dance and Dirty Dancing. So I saw that they were re-releasing Coyote Ugly in an "Extended and Unrated Cut" So I had to go buy it! Let me tell you this version takes it from its PG-13 rating to a solid R, NC-17 border. The new scenes I noticed were an extended sex scene between Violet and Mr. O'Donnell, more Tyra, more dancing, more of Camie playing baseball, more of Camie shopping, and a very steamy "getting dressed sequence." I will break them down:
Extra Sex Scene between V and Mr. D: Ok this is not for the faint of heart, it was like soft core porn. They were both completely nude, but not showing the male genitals just his ass, a lot. A lot of V's boobs, like everywhere, they extended it like 6 minutes, it was gross, but gave the relationship more depth.
More Tyra: Who does not love Tyra in this we get 3 extra scenes of her doing her dance thing, with a dance solo to DMX's "Up in Here," HOTTTTTT!!
Camie and baseball: Was like soft-core porn. She undressed and did this strip tease thing, hot. It added more to the baseball game, like 10 minutes, with more dialogue from the other characters, it was very fun.
Camie and shopping: This is the shopping part of the movie. We get to see 3 more minutes of Camie playing dress up in awesome clothes, hot.
Changing Scene: Is then V is on the phone with her dad, she puts her bra on and it takes her 4 minutes to find her pants and slip them over her panties...oh no...hot!
I am sure there are other scenes I missed , but those were the ones that made the movie something a bit extra....very happy!!
I am going to watch Casino, the anniversary edition now, peace!

OMG, Okay, let me collect myself. So today just happeneds to be the best day ever!! Here are a few examples. I get home and I get a call to work for the YMCA this summer, pumped, then my mom said to look at the paper. I open the East Boston Sun Transcript and she tells me to go to the "police blotter" section. And what do I see?!??!

9.) I preordered Half Life 2 and Grand Theft Auto: SA for my XBox to pass time.

I am in the computer lab at the moment doing “research.” I am bored, I am done, but I have to clock in hours so my professor does not have a convulsion. I had an interview with the Director of APAC yesterday for my broadcast journalism final. It went smooth, but he was afraid to say a lot of names because of the current economic/ideological position of the country. So I got a bunch of cuts and him asking me to turn the tape off. It did not go as well as I had planned.
I got my seats to Kiss Concert 2005. I am semi-happy about the line-up (OK, I am kinda happy, I want to see Will Smith, Gwen Stefani, Good Charlotte and Jennifer Lopez), but my friends and I are going so it should be fun. Last year was O.K. and we made the best of it. We are sitting in Section 3, yet again, and we are meeting up with the people we hung out with at last year’s concert. Hopefully the line-up will grow.
I beat DOOM 3 for Xbox, it was INCREDIBLE! It was like playing a game that is way ahead of its time. The graphics, detail, game play, and story line were great. It was hard though, I must have died like 200 times, especially at the end, running around in circles, lol. My brother’s girlfriend was scared to watch me play because the game was on the 52 inch and it scared the shit out of her (and me!). There is a difference between scary/horrifying and cheep pop-outs. DOOM had cheap pop-outs, it was not scary, just cheesy, like “there he is in my face, coming from behind again, in the dark, where is my weapon or flashlight, oh wait that is my PDA!” Waiting for Unreal Championship 2 to come out next!
My brother will be gone in September; I am kinda “ify” on the deal. He will be back for Christmas but, he is a pain in the ass and a slob. I don’t think that will be missed much, but he will be missed (sometimes ;-X).
I plan on sleeping all this weekend, I deserve it!
My Aunt Rita decided to show a video at my Cousin Desiree’s “party/dinner” this weekend. Let me just say that me and Jennifer are the most annoying, loud, obnoxious, and spiteful children ever created, lol. Here I am running in circles hitting my Cousins, at 6, and her pole dancing to the Dirty Dancing soundtrack, LMAO! BURN THE TAPE! I told her for her Baby Shower there would be a cover charge and a 2 gift minimum to get into the door. No presents, only envelopes with money and checks. I will also be setting up a credit card machine.
Well, back to “researching,” more later!

Well. it has been a while. I have been so busy it has been so hectic. I am going to pursue my second Bachelor's degree before I attend Graduate school. This was a decision I came to because 1 isn't just enough, lol. So that means one more semester at UMass then off to Brown in RI! I hate it here in this state and city, I can not wait to get out....January!! The head of the American Civilization department at Brown is so awesome, she is the best person I have ever met, next to the current head of my department. I think my research and continuing studies will flourish there.
I am also TA'ing next semester, it is with a professor I have had class with 3 times and it will beef up my resume. Got offered a position in Washington this summer to intern with a senator (a random one, so I could get a Republican...), the only downside is that I have to pay for my own housing and everything, so I passed, also I am afraid to fly.... One of my professors died this week, he was 72 and had a heart attack, very sudden, sad. He was very intellectual, he will be missed, especially the time he didn't make it to class because he fell asleep, lol.
Classes this semester suck, but not my broadcast journalism class though, it is fun and interesting. We have to produce a show for radio as our final, fun!
My brother is in the Army, I know the Army, lmao. College was not for him so he wants to be a MP, good for him.
Jenn is prego! LMAO! I am so happy, there will be a baby running around this Thanksgiving and Christmas! I am glad because I want to buy baby clothes, but we don't know what it is yet...April 5th!! I know she and Peter will make great parents and I will be Uncle Joey, the spoiler!
So that is pretty much it for now, I should start posting regularly again, it is kind of therapeutic...

Sorry that I have not been able to update, I have been so busy, dealing with school, grad school shit, and now I am tutoring, so my schedule is pretty much always filled up. I just wanted to drop by and remind everyone that they need to register to vote and it is imperative that they vote for John Kerry on November 2, 2004. You saw how Bush got his ass kicked last Thursday, its time to send the signal that the American public is not stupid and will not pushed into voting for Bush because of forced fear. I am sick and tired of Bush's neoconservitive bullshit, he needs to stand up and admit he fucked up and it is time for an American regime change.
